Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

Officejet Pro 9020  with total page count 386.  screen on printer blue with switch icon and number B8432840.  Screen is frozen and will not go back or switch off at main switch on printer

If i disconnect at mains and turn on again printer appears to work and will print reports but does warn against turning off at mains instead at switch on printer.

I have tried to find this error code on internet but no results,

Can anyone assist

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
