Hmm.  Looks like your problem may be different than mine was.

On our Envy 4520 there is a WiFi symbol to the right of the display panel.  Above the symbol is a blue light.  If it is solid, the printer is saying that it has WiFi connection, if it is blinking it indicates no connection.

For us, connection can be restored either by powering down the printer then powering up again, or one can go through the menu screens.

Does your 4525 have that blue light?

I do have that little blue light and after powering the machine on it first flashes, then stays steady. When my laptop loses connection to the printer the blue light is still there.

After trying the troubleshooting measure of removing and re-adding my printer now the printer is no longer discoverable... When I try to connect through the printer's IP address I get the message "the server where this page is located is not responding"

Alas, this is a completely different issue than we had/have.  We always had no problem printing provided the printer was connected (the blue light was on and steady).

I know nothing of Apple computers so can be of little help from that end.  It sounds like it could be either an Apple issue or an HP issue.  This topic has been listed as 'solved' so I'm thinking that the HP guru folks are not following it.  I suggest you open a new topic to get their attention.  Good luck!
