Just bought this printer and wonder if there is a longer output tray available. The included tray is very short and curls the paper.

well the paper tray from my recently departed 6700 seems to fit and catches the paper. I'm satisfied with the workaround, but still would ask HP to provide a better tray for the 8020.

This is a hardware issue.

 

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
