My Envy 4507 all-in-one printer is working fine EXCEPT it won't pick up and print on 240gsm glossy photo paper A4 size. It works fine with 135gsm paper and also 4"x6" photo paper 170gsm weight. Ordinary printer paper is fine too but it won't work with glossy photo paper.

HI @Aniachka,
Thanks for joining the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're unable to print in A4 glossy photo paper on your HP ENVY 4507 e-All-in-One Printer. I would be happy to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
It sounds like the rollers might be slipping and need to be cleaned or there is a problem with the print driver/settings.
Check to see of the printer is using the correct print driver.
- Please download and run the Print and Scan Doctor, it will likely diagnose and resolve the issue you are experiencing.
- What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor (did it print or scan, any error messages)?
I hope this information is helpful. Please respond to this post with the results. Good Luck!
