Recently, I took my printer to a "specialist" because it was having issues reading the ink. Long story short, she did an OOBE reset because she assumed that i had kept the setup inks but i did not and now I don't know how to get past the Insert ink cartridges that came with the printer message that i get every time i turn on the printer so I can finish the setup of my printer. Please help.

@GACELITA, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
An OOBE reset is performed to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges. Are you sure that OOBE reset was performed on the printer?
Try to perform the reset again to check if that helps.
I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
