Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Printer

I have a new error code that will not clear.  CC.C6.5A.0B.  Software and drivers are updated to current.  This is a wireless laser jet, but have it connected with USB cable.  I have tried it with and without the cable.  I have fiber with excellent capability so I feel it has something to do with the printer trying to connect to the wireless network.  First printer was replaced for continuous error codes and now this one is doing the same thing but with different code.  Anyone else have similar issues?  Technician  that come out informed me that I purchased the model they are having nothing but problems with.  Go Figure!

Looking up that error code indicate a hardware problem.

 

Make sure you have the latest firmware.  There are two firmware's for windows listed but I do not know the difference.
