PLEASE HELP PRINTER ERROR NOS_LOADER_APP

aww crap.  the dreaded ERROR NOS_LOADER_APP message.  try the following from here:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/Error-code-0x83c0000a-nos-l...

 

if all solutions there don't work, then it's time to get a new printer.  I had to replace my relative's old hp officejet 4630 printer several years ago that finally gave in to that ERROR NOS_LOADER_APP message and would never work again after that
