Solución de problemas de conexión Wi-Fi en la impresora HP
Si estás experimentando el error UA_400 con tu impresora HP mientras está conectada a Wi-Fi, sigue estos pasos para solucionar el problema:
Comprobar la conexión de red
- Verifica la red Wi-Fi: Asegúrate de que tu impresora esté conectada a una red Wi-Fi de 2,4 GHz, ya que algunas impresoras HP solo pueden conectarse a esta banda y no a la de 5 GHz.
- Ubicación de la impresora: La impresora debe estar a una distancia adecuada del enrutador, aproximadamente entre 1 y 1,5 metros.
- Interferencias: Asegúrate de que no haya dispositivos electrónicos cercanos que puedan interferir con la señal Wi-Fi, como microondas o teléfonos inalámbricos.
Reiniciar la impresora
- Apaga la impresora: Presiona el botón de encendido hasta que la impresora se apague.
- Desconecta el cable de alimentación: Desconéctalo tanto de la impresora como de la toma de corriente.
- Espera 60 segundos.
- Vuelve a conectar y encender la impresora: Enchufa el cable de alimentación y enciende la impresora.
