I just had my printer plugged back in after a power outage & restarted my instant ink. I went to print a 2-sided page and it came out completely blank, however my Instant Ink 'plan pages' are now at 2/100. I have seen other forums listing ways to try test pages to fix the issue, but it seems that test pages count towards my plan pages. I am not comfortable paying for these blank pages nor paying to run test pages to fix an error I did not cause that can't be fixed without running one. Please help me with a solution that doesn't cost me money to fix a simple error. I cannot afford that and would rather cancel my Instant Ink forever than pay to run test pages to fix an error that's already stolen 2 pages from me.
