Product: OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

continually shows paper jam message although I have thoroughly gone through all of the HP recommended steps multiple times .  Does anyone have any other tricks or ideas.

I understand you are not able to print due to this false error.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the error persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
