I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Are you able to print the Print quality diagnostic page or Make a copy from the printer?
Let's try these steps here:
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page, and then evaluate the results.
-
Load plain paper into the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
-
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Examine the report for defects: Click here
Alternatively, you may try and make a “photocopy” to determine whether the issue is with the printer or not. Place a document on the scanner glass and choose “Copy” option. If the printer is making a good copy, then the printer hardware is fine.
If the copy comes out fine, then this could be a software or driver related issue.
You may also try to update the printer firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Once done, restart the printer.
If the issue still persists, then the next option would be to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.
In order to provide you with accurate steps, I would need to know the Operating system installed on the PC. Is it Windows or Mac.
Waiting for your response!
Cheers 🙂

Thanks for the reply, but I did everything you suggested already as all those in many forums already. Tried new catridge, check all kinda papers and its options, hard reset, cleaning up the rollers( they all rolling well though). But none of them were successful. I read through all forums regarding this and this problem is not uncommon but none of the forums had any real solution.
