hi

 

need help on this:

 

Photosmart 6520 prints blank paper but test print page is okay.

Have re-installed printer driver but the problem is still not solved...

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

Which application are you trying to print from?

Did you try printing from different application and check?

hi, I tried printing a Microsoft Word docu and Powerpoint slide, from Windows 10 Home. Both gives blank paper.

Perform root level uninstalltion to remove all the printer related software's.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
  • Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
  • Close Devices and Printers. 
  • Restart the PC again.

Download and install printer full feature driver

Click here to install the driver.

hi 

 

I have done the steps. Now I am able to print from powerpoint, colour came out fine but not black. Black font turns out grey.

 

I tried Word docu and Excel gives totally blank page...

 

I have already used the HP Print and Scan Doctor...

 

How much cost is there to call for repair service?   

 

I am thinking of bringing the printer to the service centre. But it is a bit heavy...

Is the service centre at 221 Henderson Rd, #06-13, Singapore 159557 ?
