Photosmart C6380 All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Photosmart C6380 All-in-one is now giving me 2 errors when I turn it on.

1) To avoid damage, use on button to shut down. Do not use outlet to shut down.
**Then it changes to error**

2) Clear paper jam then press ok.

I have watched HP videos... reset the printer... checked for paper jams... cleaned the rollers - nothing has worked so far.

The print carriage doesn't seem to move freely or move to the middle when opening the cover. I can't see anything obstructing it.

Thanks in advance!
