Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

My print carriage cannot move and I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps provided. This includes unplugging the printing, resetting the printer, as well as clearing any obstacles (such as jammed paper). I can physically move the print carriage without any issue. Is this a possible hardware issue or is it related to software? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the printer giving any error on the front panel

Issue might be with hardware of the unit and might need servicing

It was a hardware issue. I ended up purchasing a new printer instead.
