To whom it my concern,
after running Diagnose & Fix, the result is "Print Queue issue is not fixed". (HP Laserjet MFP M140we with "!" symbol flashing in the front panel).

I understand you are getting an error "Print Queue issue is not fixed" and the "!" symbol flashing in the front panel
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the print queue issue with your HP LaserJet MFP M140w:
1. Restart Printer and Computer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for about 30 seconds. Plug it back in and turn it on.
- Restart your computer to refresh the system.
2. Check Printer Status
- Make sure there are no paper jams or error messages on the printer's display.
- Ensure the ink/toner cartridges are properly installed and not empty.
3. Clear Print Queue
- Open the print queue:
- Press Windows + S and type "Printers & Scanners."
- Click on your HP LaserJet MFP M140w, then click on "Open queue."
- Cancel any stuck print jobs:
- Right-click on any jobs and select "Cancel."
- If you can't cancel the jobs, you may need to restart the Print Spooler service.
4. Restart Print Spooler Service
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
- Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Scroll down and find Print Spooler.
- Right-click on Print Spooler and select Restart.
5. Update Printer Drivers
- Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer.
- Install the drivers and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Reinstall Printer
- Remove the printer:
- Go to Printers & Scanners in Windows settings.
- Click on your printer and select Remove device.
- Reinstall the printer:
- Click on Add a printer or scanner and follow the instructions to reinstall the printer.
7. Check Printer Connectivity
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your network (if using Wi-Fi) or via USB.
- Verify that the printer's Wi-Fi connection is stable and not dropping.
8. Perform a Printer Reset
- Consult the printer's manual or HP support site for instructions on how to perform a factory reset on your model.
