Hello, my printer does print but when I get this error message 'B347EC67 with Power Symbol' and all lights are blinking. I have to cycle the printer off to continue printing. I just bought this printer not long ago and since receiving this error message I have cycled the printer off, cleaned and aligned the printerhead, and changed out all the cartridges the the cartridges HP printsmart app has auto delivered to me.
The print quality has reduced and the blue and pink seem to be interfering with each other, other than that I have no clear indication of what this problem might be and do not see the error number listed anywhere online for reference.
Please HELP! Having a printer for teleworking is a must and it seems I will be buying something other than HP next time.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Mtillison39,
I'd like to help!
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
