Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Print image is shifted on the paper.

An exact position on the label paper is not possible. 

It is printed in landscape format.

The print image is shifted by about 2 mm to the left edge.

How do I calibrate or adjust the paper feed?

 

The printer paper used is HERMA 4618 universal labels A4 (70 x 50.8 mm)

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Have you tried printing on regular US letter size sheets and check if the issue persists?
  • Check the settings on the application you are using to print.

Make sure the media is loaded correctly in the printer.
