I amrunning an iMac with 32GB. After a long time with no priting issues I suddenly cannot print PDFs in Acrobat. The same PDFs print fine in Preview; Word documents also print.

The message I get in the print dialog is: Can't open "/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/003715be0b664"

Help or guidance appreciated.

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

Updating Mac OS and Adobe Acrobat may resolve the issue, let's try these steps:

1.) Use the steps available here to update Mac OS.

2.) Launch Adobe Acrobat, choose Help > Check for Updates.

Once you update Mac OS and Adobe Acrobat, try to print a PDF using Adobe Acrobat.

Let me know how it goes!
