My printer stopped as it was out of paper then we had several power cuts so the printer did not shut down properly.  Now it says Printer is in error state.  I tried to cancel the print queue and it cancelled all other items in queue but the item that was mid printing status says Deleting but nothing is happening.  I have turned everything off and restarted but that has not helped.  It is connected to the pc with a cable.  I hope you can help me?
