My ink ran out mid-job. I replaced the tri-colour cartridge. The display shows that the tri-colour is now full, but no matter what I do the printer says that the door is open.
The door clicked closed. It's the only door on the printer that can be opened. I've turned it off and on multiple times. I've even unplugged the stupid thing, gave it a minute, then plugged it back in. It still says that the door is open!!! Nothing is blocking it. I can't push it closed any further than what it is. It's flush against the rest of the machine. I don't know what else to do.
Side note: Even though I've been through the setup more than once, every time I turn it on the program still says that I haven't completed the setup. Anytime I try to run through it to get rid of THAT message it stalls out at the end of the ink installation even though I could print things no problem before this new error message popped up.
I literally bought this thing four months and four days ago so I've had it less time than that because of shipping time as I bought it through BestBuy online. Why won't it work!?!?!!? I'm super frustrated as I need this for business!
