HELP!!  I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e, which worked fine until I had internet issues and had to get a new router.  Installed the new router and things worked fine until yesterday, when I go to print and I get an error message that 1) the printer is not connected to the internet, which it was and is, and 2) then I get an error message that there is a problem with the print cartridges or my payment method on HP Smart, which I have never used.  The AI crap for trouble shooting was useless and I can't print anything until I get the 'payment issues' resolved or the 'internet connection' fixed.
