Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 All-in-One Printer

I have installed a new genuine ink at my printer. When I tried to print it's only printing black and white but the printer preferences show colour. I have tried cleaning the printhead, install the HP doctor that was recomended by the community and every possible way. Still it's printing black and white. Can someone help me please. Thanks

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 All-In-One Printer wherein it does not print in color.

Thanks for the info. I did follow the document instructions that you gave and it's still the same. The colour is not printing.
