Hi @Impresora5 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer shows as "offline" on macOS 10.14 Mojave, here are some steps to bring it back online:

1. Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your Mac (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
  • If the printer is connected via USB, ensure the cable is secure.

2. Restart Printer and Mac

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, and then plug it back in.
  • Restart your Mac.

3. Check Printer Queue

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Select your printer and click Open Print Queue.
  • If any jobs are stuck, cancel them.

4. Delete and Re-add Printer

  • In System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, highlight your printer and click the “-” button to remove it.
  • Click the “+” button to re-add the printer. Select it from the list (ensure it's not showing as "offline").

5. Update Printer Driver

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest driver for macOS 10.14 Mojave.
  • Install the driver and ensure your printer is using the correct driver.

6. Reset Print System

  • If the above steps don't work, you can try resetting the print system:
    • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
    • Right-click (or Control-click) in the printer list and select Reset printing system.
    • After resetting, re-add your printer.

7. Check Network Connection (for Wireless)

  • Print a Network Configuration Page from the printer's control panel to confirm it is connected to the correct network.
  • Ensure that your Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network.
