I have been unsuccessful contacting a live agent or getting any resolutions to open tickets.
The printer has had nothing but issues since we got it. It's constancy disconnecting from the internet, it interferes with our tv internet, I have to Re - set-up every time I turn it off and back on, and now after weeks of troubleshooting, it wont print a full photo or design if I choose 'Best' quality. If I don't change the settings to have a better print, it is AWFUL quality. Grainy, streaky, discolored. I have to clear the spool documents multiple times a day and that only fixes it half the time. The prints always begin with a half printed page, a stop in printing, and then a sudden error state. That's under just any regular print command. If I'm trying to print from my design programs, forget it. It wont work.
Every. Single. Time. I have wasted so much expensive specialty paper. I've done hours of troubleshooting. I'm not paying for a tech to look at it, its absolutely insane that I have to pay for that, it's not MY FAULT that the printer or thesoftware has an issue.
Customer service here has been less than helpful.

@Meirams, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To resolve the connectivity issues, let us assign a static IP address to the printer
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
