Officejet Pro 8500A
Every time I print on my HP OfficejetPro 8500A I get a dialogue box saying Alignment Recommended and offering choices of ALIGN, DO NOT ALIGN, CANCEL PRINT. If I choose DO NOT ALIGN it will print but message comes back and says Alignment interrupted and starts the alignment process. (2 of the ink cartridges are empty, would this cause a problem?

@Reedinski, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that the printer prompts you to perform alignment when you try to print. The printer alignment can be successful only when all the ink cartridges are installed and have ink it. Alignment cannot be performed with depleted ink.
I'd suggest you replace the ink and try aligning the printer.
