Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

When the printer is turned on, it will start automatically printing non-stop. No print queue but it will prints blank paper but with some black marks at the side.All the papers printed automatically have long stretch mark and one black arrow dot at the side.All the papers printed automatically have long stretch mark and one black arrow dot at the side.

May i know the printer model# to assist you better ?

 

However try the below steps..

  1. You may unplug the power cord from back of the printer, wait for 60 seconds
  2. If issue still persits, download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor from www.hp.com/go/tools

I'm using hp 1515 printer. Do you mean switch on the printer, then unplug the power cord?

Yes you may switch on the printer, then unplug the power cord.

The problem persists. But it is better as it prints automatically only two to three pages then stop. What should I do to solve the problem totally?

I already downloaded the Hp Print and Scan Doc. It doesn't detect any problem of the printer. I printed the test page also. But the printer still will suddenly print itself, with only the black marks at the side.
