Considerations:
- Required Larger bottom margin (Specs)
- Word Settings
Printer Specifications
This printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge.
Product Specifications for the HP DeskJet 2752 All-in-One Printer (8RK11A)
and
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 12.7 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3 mm |
Set your document margins to no smaller than the larger edge size.
For example, set your margins to 12.7 mm on all sides (1/2 inch).

Microsoft Word documents
Trouble with labels and possibly with other documents that include mixed content types:
Document Scale
There is a setting in Word that will "scale" a document for Letter / A4 paper.
If you are having alignment issues with your document (for example, labels, bottom of page chopped), UNCHECK this setting.
When printing directly from within Word
Setup:
Word > File > Options > Advanced
In Section Print (about 2/3 of the way down)
UNCHECK "Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11" paper sizes
Click OK to save changes

@Thedap50 wrote:It says to change the printer specs. How do I do that?
And why should this be happening on a new printer?
OK...
What kind of document? PDF? Word? Other Office document? Text?
What software / application are you using to view and submit the job?
What are your margin settings in the original document format?
Have you ever installed the Full Feature Software?
If no...
If you have not installed the printer software, you can (should) do so.
HP DeskJet 2700 series printer : Download Offline Copy of Software and Install on Win 10 computer
After the printer software is installed,
If you cannot adjust the settings to correct the margins in the original document format,
We will need a bit more information.
If the definition of "specs" is specifications, that is, "What the printer can do", you cannot change the hardware requirements.
You can change / adjust the settings that control how a job is submitted.
"How" depends on what you are using as a means to view and submit the print job.
Can you tell us the definition of "It says"?
For example, Where are you seeing the message "change the printer specs"?

Hey look, i am not an It guy, just an ordinary Joe. I am printing from emails and copying things like my tax return. When I print or copy it does not print the very bottom. I saw the Utube fix and it is way over my head. Is there a simple solution to tis problem, or can someone from HP get into my printer and computer to fix this? If not I am returning this printer to the store for a refund and will have to purchase a computer that works.

OK.
It is important that the Full Feature Software be installed to provide full access to the features on the printer.
I am sorry the software installation video is too difficult to understand and use as a reference to help you do that.
What else?
Not sure - Without the printer software, it is true that everything is going to be a bit more complicated.
You could try using a different Browser.
Why?
If you are using a Browser to open and print your content,
If you are not able to adjust the margins / document size / document scale,
The results might be turn out as expected.
Example >> Years back when I was still using the Chrome browser, I remember it was necessary to change the document margins to some form of "custom margins" to prevent the browser cutting off parts of the document when printed. As I recall, the margin settings were located in the Chrome print job setup in "More Settings".
Without the full driver printer software installed, printing from Word is going to be difficult if not impossible.
If you have saved the document into a PDF file,
If you do not have the printer software installed,
Some of the options available to PDF printing might not be available.
HP Smart is fairly self-contained, in other words, but you might still need access to the printer software.
HP Smart > Simple Document Print > Open content to be printed
Set options on the main menu and then continue in More Settings
=====================================================================
What else?
Yes, if you just purchased the printer and it is within its "brand new" period, you might be able to get HP Support to help you install the printer software. Submit a case to HP Support > contact information is displayed after the case is submitted. Links are included later in this message.
And, yes - if the printer is within its return period, you can do that, too. Links to the HP Store and Customer service are included later in this message.
Different Printer - Will it need printer software?
Whether any brand printer is going to do what you want depends on the printer AND whether you can install the printer software for that printer. For example, if you decide to purchase a different brand, before you purchase read whether the printer is dependent on having installed the printer software. See if you can find instructions for doing that (in the printer's website support pages) and decide whether you can complete the printer software installation.
Most important, too, is whether the printer you choose can do what you want.
For example,
Does the printer restrict the size of the margins on one side? This printer does include that limitation.
Does the printer support borderless printing? This printer does not support Borderless printing.
Does the printer support an application (aside from the full printer software)? Can be a good thing, if it does.

Install Printer Software - Basic Instructions using the Easy Start method
===============================================================
Install a fresh copy of the Full Feature Software / Full Driver printer software
Restart the computer and log in
Method - Use the Easy Start Software to Install the Full Feature / Full Driver Software
For printers that support the option,
Use the Easy Start Software wrapper to install and configure the printer software.
- Home Page - HP Easy Start
- Open Category Software and Drivers
- Open Topic: Software-Utility
- Download-and-Save the current version of the Easy Start Software to install your print software
- If using USB: Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and computer before installing the software.
- Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
- Select to install the “Full Driver” / “Full Feature Software” / "Basic" software
- If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the end of the installation process).
- After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Optional Notes >> Easy Start... The Journey
- Full Administrator Rights are required to complete the HP Software installation.
- About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full Driver" set (as opposed to the Smart application). If necessary, select the "Basic" Software.
- Skip / Ignore suggestion(s) that you add anything you do not want / need at the moment. For example, you do not (at the time of installation) need an HP Account and you do not need or want to sign up for Instant Ink just because you are loading the printer software.
- Full driver provides access to the printer features on which other applications / software might depend.

Thank you for trying to help me. However I believe this is a flaw in the 2752 printer. It will not COPY the bottom of the page. This has nothing to do with my computer. It obviously does the same thing when I go to print from my computer. I appreciate your help but I got lost about half way thru. I have been calling HP for three days and I cannot get thru. I am going to take this back and get my money back.
Thanks again.

You are welcome.
OK.
You are asking a different question this time...

True - COPY is not the same as print or scan.
The information provided thus far was to help with print or scan to answer your first question.
"My Deskjet 2752e will not print the very bottom of the page. Is there any way of adjusting?"
Copy is "as you see it" - no adjustments other than what would be available on the printer.
True - some printers, for example, those that include a printer display panel, might include Resize and other options for COPY. This printer is "press copy button".
Scan includes a selection of adjustments when run from the HP Smart application.
Scan options are different from Print options.
Not catching all that is on the paper placed on the printer glass?
When using HP Smart to Scan, set the Page Size to "Entire Scan Area"
Example - HP Smart - Windows > Scan Documents > Presets and Settings
HP_Smart_W10_Scan_Document_Screen_7
====================================================================================
My Opinion
If the printer does not suit you needs, yes - you should return it.
Consider investing in a printer that includes a printer display panel and perhaps supports even (smaller) margins all around. Added bonus, get a printer to supports Borderless.

Thank you again for trying. My daughter who is the computer supervisor at her school took a shot at it for over an hour yesterday. She could not adjust it. She tried the scan page like you suggested....nothing. When I first spoke with HP Help the lady told me...."oh, that's just the way that printer works. I didn't believe her, I guess I do now.

It is true, that - even after all we have discussed - that I am simply missing the point.
Withdrawing with grace.
I am sorry I could not help.
