I get error code 0x6100004a and Jam in Printer Area

There is no jam. When I reset I eventually get Printer Failure

I've tried several resets and went to clean the cartridges, but the carrier is stuck on the right side and I can't move it.

@Toadfish2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

Also, make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer and the print carriage is moving freely - Paper Jam Error (includes steps to clear a carriage jam)

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
