Hi I have been trying to resolve a printer error using the tips on the website with no luck. I then tried to call the hp support line and the switchboard wouldn’t connect me without going through the virtual agent to get a case number. Went and did the virtual agent which was no help and tried to make a case number so I could finally get my printer looked at and it wouldn’t let me?? I put in my serial and product number and I have 4 months of warranty left but when I put it in the virtual agent said “sorry I can’t help with that”. Just wondering what your suggestions would be as I can’t connect to a phone agent without a case number but can’t make a case number and I tried to make a case number 3 times. Really frustrating as hp also don’t have a email address on the site I could contact for help. I would not buy from hp in the future if this is the “support” available. Any advice would be welcome!
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
