Just changed new HP ink cartridges and received a error " problem with supply system

If you're seeing the "problem with supply system" error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 after changing to new HP ink cartridges, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Troubleshooting Steps

Check Cartridge Installation:

  • Make sure the cartridges are installed correctly. Remove them and reinsert them, ensuring they click into place.

Inspect Cartridges:

  • Check for any protective tape that may still be on the cartridges or any physical damage.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check for any available firmware updates using the HP Smart app or the HP website.

Run Printer Maintenance:

  • From the printer's control panel, go to the settings menu and look for maintenance options to clean the printhead or align the cartridges
