first error : cyan cartridge needs replacement. Installed new cartridge, then error appeared (see subject box)
followed all repair options: reset printer : while printer on, plugged for 2 minutes (to clear printer errors?)
cleaned contacts and re-seated all 4 cartridges. Then removed print-head., cleaned contacts, re-seated 3times.

I replaced the ink cartridge that was labeled defective. same error. I noticed the cartridge I replaced with was expired so I bought a new one, just installed it. SAME PROBLEM !!! Now my printer indicates the 3 other cartridges need replacement. ? ? ?
