Hello,
My printer (Officejet 7612) was jammed. We followed the instructions in the manual to try and remove the paper, but the sheet tore, leaving small bits of paper trapped under the white rollers (these can be seen when you look in through the top of the printer). I haven't had any luck pulling them out with my hands or tweezers- even when using two of tweezers to even out the distribution of the force on the paper pieces, they still tear. Is there a way I can get the paper pieces out, or should I take it to be serviced?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the paper jam on your Officejet 7612 printer. Rotating the rollers to clean them as shown in step five may allow the paper bits to be ejected so they can be removed.

Unfortunately, after rotating the rollers, and trying to clean them as per the instructions, there are still little fragments of paper caught under and just behind the little white rollers. I'm not sure what to try next.

Hope this will help. What i normally do is use a laminated sheet of paper and manually push it through the printer paper path and most of the time the paper gets pushed out so to be removed.
It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.
