After downloading and updating...now its printing 1 page, and saying jam in output bin.

Applying the M280_Series_FW_Update-20221010 update via usb cable finally fixed my printer and it prints again without issues.  I worked with HP support for 2 hours earlier in the day to try to downgrade the firmware and other workarounds I had read online and nothing worked.

No, it didn't help 😞

I did a downgrade to an earlier firmware without success: USB or LAN

I can sacn, but no longer print or copy not even a selftest from the display

Can you please send me the FW UPDATE 20221010 EXE. The Local HP customer service can't give me any older FW. They suggested changing the motherboard. I can change the FW but I'cant cancel the issue.Thanks.
