Hi,
I tried to print some documents and I can no longer do it. It is written Printer in error state.
I turned the ruter on and off, did the same with the printer and the pc.
What can I do for the printer to print again?
Thank you.

Hi @Pascalea1,
Welcome to the HP forums! It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community. I understand you are getting an error Printer in error state on your HP Photosmart 7520 printer. I'll be happy to assist you with this.
Let's start by performing a hard reset on the printer.
Are you able to make copies from the printer? If no, then this is considered to be a hardware failure. I would recommend you contact HP for available service options. Please visit Contact HP and fill in the product details to get the tech support number.
If you are able to make copies. Let's try these steps.
Press Windows Key + R for Run Command – Type spool – Right on Printers folder – From the drop down click on Properties – Click on Security Tab – Click on Edit under Group or user names – One by one give permissions for all – Click on Apply and then OK.
Next, launch Control panel -> Hardware and Sound ->Device and Printers -> Right on the Printer -> Printer Properties -> Security Tab ->
under Group or user names – One by one give permissions for all – Click on Apply and then OK.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you require any further assistance.
If you are able to reach some resolution, please click on Accept Solution to help others with similar issues.
