Product: Pavilion dm4-1201
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have started receiving a "printer is busy" message and cannot print anything - from my phone (iPhone), or labtop (HP Paviion dm4-1201).  When I check the printer it shows no jobs are working.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of your printer?

Is the copy working fine?  (If available)

How is the printer connected? (Wired/Wireless)

I have a HP photosmart 6525.  Wireless and correctly connected.  It is setup on windows 10, when I try to print with HP smart I receive message HP smart is busy try again later.  I se the image on the screen I want to print but the print button is inactive

As it turned out a help desk person at Apple solved the issue. The solution was to shut off the printer and let it reboot and then it worked!
