I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you able to copy documents?

How is the printer connected, USB, Ethernet or Wireless?

Could you also try to print a self test page and let me know the results. You may use the steps available here to print a self test page.
