Hi,
I have just installed a new tri-colour ink cartridge into my OfficeJet 3835 (63/302 cartridge).
It is printing with blue streaks across the page when I'm trying to print anything in colour.
I have tried cleaning the ink cartridge option many times and have taken the cartridges out and reinstalled them but it's not clearing it.
Any ideas gratefully received

Did this issue start after you changed the tri color cartridge?
Please go to this doc
go to step
Step 9: Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
then check the page, if the color blocks are not proper then it could mean a defective cartridge.
also would suggest to clean the cartridges from the front panel, do 3 levels of cleaning.
