Printer repeatedly keeps printing one page documents that has the following at the top and rest of the page is blank.

I have performed a firmware update, hard restart, checked settings you name it but it will not stop printing these pages all day and night... Can anyone offer assistance?

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
