Hello, I am trying to hook up the printer to another computer and it's telling me that the printer has been locked by the administrator. I am the only administrator. I have tried to do a reset and it won't let me. Help please!

What is the product number of your HP printer? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

How is the printer connected? USB/Wireless
