The two cartridges were sent back, new one arrived and I have the exact same issue. What would you advice ? Printer was bought in december 2022, no more warranty.

Open the Toolbox > Event log << Create screenshot > upload here

 

 

  • Check Cartridge Installation:

    • Ensure that the toner cartridges are installed in the correct color slots. From left (back) to right (front), the cartridges should be installed in this order:
      • Yellow
      • Magenta
      • Cyan
      • Black
    • If the cartridge is not installed correctly, remove it, check the cartridge, check the chip and the contacts for damage and shake the cartridge and reinstall the toner cartridge correctly.

Print out the supplies status report and scan this report and upload here

Perform the following test:

  1. Switch off the printer
  2. Remove the magenta cartridge
  3. Remove the cyan cartridge and insert it into the magenta cartridge slot
  4. Insert the magenta cartridge into the cyan cartridge slot
  5. Close the cartridge trolley
  6. Switch on the printer

Check for error messages! Document exactly and together, with the print out and scan, with the supplies status report, upload here.
