Open the Toolbox > Event log << Create screenshot > upload here
Check Cartridge Installation:
- Ensure that the toner cartridges are installed in the correct color slots. From left (back) to right (front), the cartridges should be installed in this order:
- Yellow
- Magenta
- Cyan
- Black
- If the cartridge is not installed correctly, remove it, check the cartridge, check the chip and the contacts for damage and shake the cartridge and reinstall the toner cartridge correctly.
- Ensure that the toner cartridges are installed in the correct color slots. From left (back) to right (front), the cartridges should be installed in this order:
Print out the supplies status report and scan this report and upload here

Thank you Thomas for the information.
Perform the following test:
- Switch off the printer
- Remove the magenta cartridge
- Remove the cyan cartridge and insert it into the magenta cartridge slot
- Insert the magenta cartridge into the cyan cartridge slot
- Close the cartridge trolley
- Switch on the printer
Check for error messages! Document exactly and together, with the print out and scan, with the supplies status report, upload here.
