Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new printer. After installed software from HP followed all instructions.  Printed a print quality diagnostic and a Printer alignment page and ajusted the printer. Then tried to print a document from my PC, the document got stuck in the queue for 10 minutes and gives me an error printing. Any help appreciated.

did not help. it said to remove ink cartridge and reinsert it and it did not help.
