Hi, i have a HP ink tank wireless 416 model. I use it on two computers: windows 10 64x, windows vista 64x. On both computers the printer prints EVERYTHING to the left side, leaving almost no margin at all on the left side and a big margin on the right side. I have already tried alligning through hp software many times and it does not work. This is not a printing setting problem. I already have the latest drivers also. Also, i already phoned hp and spend hours talking to you and i have no answer to my problem. Please help.

Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?
If the copy is working fine, this could be a driver issue.
If you are facing the same issue, follow the below instruction.
I suggest you do a Hard Reset on the printer
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-ink-tank-wireless-410-series/16180953/model/18164066/documen...
Restart the printer.
Refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-ink-tank-wireless-410-series/16180953/model/18164066/documen... Print Driver Settings Guide.

Hello, thank you for your help. The copy works fine, its just the printer. You say it is a driver problem. How come? I've uptades the drivers in both machines directly from hp page and double check it with driver easy software.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
