I have tried reinstalling software with no luck.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. You need to remove the queue. For Windows, please:

  • Hold down the Windows key and press R.
  • From the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
  • If the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
  • Look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
  • Click on the Stop button,
  • Browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
  • Delete the job inside this folder
  • Reboot the machine

I followed instructions and cleared the queue. Upon restarting the computer and trying to print another document it went to the queue and it doesn’t come out of the queue same problem as before. Any more suggestions. Thank you in advance.

That worked to clear the queue. I have done that before. But the next time I go to print they go to the queue again and then it doesn’t print. I have uninstall the drivers and reinstalled same problem. I have installed HP Smart on my Apple phone and I can print from my phone. But I have no luck getting the printer to print I’ve reinstall the software I’ve got I’ve talk to HP a couple times and they’ve done some remote stuff on the thing though they’re blaming the computer manufacture I’ve talked to the computer manufacture they blame HP I spent many hours going through the HP help sites I find no cute no fix for this.  The drivers are in stall is the basic drivers because I cannot get HP Smart on my printer because I go to the Microsoft store or HP sends me I try to download the HP Smart for windows it says there’s no association for the app and I can install it on the machine.  Any other help is much appreciated. Running windows 1064 bit.
