The printer asks for paper to be loaded. Then when I do it recognizes that. As soon as I go to print it will then ask for paper to be loaded again.

Try making standalone copies and check if you still get the same error. If yes, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
What is the paper size/type you are using?
Which application are you using to print? try with different applications like PDF, Word or Webpages.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Check the Print settings on your MAC. Click here
Make sure the right paper type and paper size have been selected.
