My printer just quit in the middle of printing and read printhead problem. 0x0 I have reset the printer, checked the cartridges, and it still will not print. I have plent of ink. What do I do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print and getting a print head error.

Hi @LadinoDan
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the printhead error.
Let's try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Update the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, try these steps - HP Printers - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead
