I ran out of ink and I called for a new cartridge since I am enrolled in insta ink. after I installed the ink I have had a printhead not recognized or missing error. I can't seem to get a hold of a live person and I already followed all the instruction and chatted with the virtual agent. I keep reading that its possibly a cause of the ink cartridges so I tried putting the old ones and the error wont go away. I can see the ink levels full but I can't do anything else. I just received 3 new cartridge s from insta ink and installed them but the error will not go away.
