Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Error Message: Printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. I followed instructions and suggested contacting HP, but my printer warranty expired years ago. Do i need to have product serviced or is there an option to purchase another printhead device? The printer is in great shape other than this issue.

You will need to buy a replacement printhead, the cost of it will probably be close to a new printer.
