I haven't used my HP Deskjet 3510 in some time. Today, the printer is only printing blank pages. I tried cleaning printhead, aligning printhead, cleaning ink smear, etc. The cartridges show normal ink levels. Could the ink be dried up? If so, is there a way to fix this issue?
Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.
I can help you with that kind of error. 🙂
The printer cartridges have dried up here. The good news is, in many cases you can resolve this situation by yourself. Please do this steps:
Take a handkerchief and both cartridges. Now press every cartridge like a stamp on the handkerchief for about 2-3 seconds. You should see a strong, colored strip. Is this the case?
If there is no or very little ink on the handkerchief, moisten the handkerchief slightly and press the cartridges again, this time for about 30 seconds on it, until more ink comes out.
Afterwards, re-insert the cartridge and run a cartridge clean, if necessary.
What is the result?
Cheers!
Nils

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Can you please try it again with the black cartridge?
In addition to that, it might help to turn the cartridge upside down for about an hour. After that time, re-insert the black cartridge and run an automatic cartridge clean.
Cheers!
Nils
