Hello,

I have an issue with my printer, when I go on the internet to print something it gives me the option to save as a pdf which I did afterward but then it still didn't let me print. I tried using acrobat reader to print the pdf file that I saved but it then tells me to install a printer in order to print it out and it doesn't make sense since I have a printer already installed. So I checked my devices and prinnter and I saw a yellow triangle on the printer icon so I troubleshoot it and my computer can't find anything wrong with it. I have checked that my printer is completely connected and plugged in and nothing is loose. So can anyone tell me what is wrong with my printer and the solution for it?

Thank you!
