Flower Bud....did you read the messages that Krazy Toad and I have had since Krazy Toad you were out for a few days....this is really getting confusing to me.....I am now without a printer awaiting assistance from you and or Krazy Toad.....I will recap again where I am at....I had HP Printer I did remove and during uninstall I received message saying uninstaller stopped woring at 65%, and windows closed program and would give solution however never did , however it did finish uninstalling.....then Krazy Toad told me to uninstall HP Software 9.0 and while doing that at 75 percent said the say error message and will NOT let me continue to uninstall....so this is where I am at......so please help me from this point....Sorry but I am getting very frustrated and I need to print documents....

I do understand that you were able to uninstall printer driver except for the HP Software 9.0 and it gives you an error message. You could try to restart your computer and then try uninstalling HP Software 9.0. If you still receive an error message, I would suggest you continue with the next steps, which would be reinstall printer drivers on your computer. 

 

After reinstalling the drivers, please check if you're able to print from the device. If the issue persists, please create a new user account (As suggested by me in my last post) and then reinstall printer drivers in the new account.
